Started with one espresso machine and a lot of stubbornness.
Cozy Coffee Shop opened its doors in a small corner storefront with a single goal: make the neighborhood's best cup of coffee, and give people a reason to slow down. Every bean is roasted in small batches, every pastry is made before sunrise, and every regular gets to know our names — because we make it a point to know theirs first.
